Shipping Policy
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, so you can start enjoying your new Rocktek GX1 right away!
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Costs: We offer standard shipping rates. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Occasionally, we run promotions for free shipping, so be sure to check for any current offers!
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to most countries. If you are located in an area that doesn’t show up during checkout, please contact us to inquire about shipping options.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your Rocktek GX1, we offer a return and exchange policy to make it right.
Return Period: You can return your product within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. It must also be accompanied by the proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Non-returnable Items: Products that are damaged or show signs of wear and tear due to use cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged product).
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at lizardtvbox.llc@gmail.com. We will guide you through the return and replacement process and ensure that you receive a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product, simply follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for. If you’ve already received your refund, the new purchase will be processed as a separate order.
